Bradford on Avon Ghost Walk

About this event

Discover the quieter, darker side of Bradford on Avon on a guided ghost walk exploring the town's centuries-old streets, riverside paths and historic buildings. With its medieval bridge, ancient churches and narrow lanes, Bradford on Avon provides an atmospheric backdrop for an evening of stories, folklore and curious accounts from its long and layered past. Your Extours host will lead you through some of the town's most characterful areas, sharing researched tales of unusual events, lingering legends and sightings that have been spoken of for generations. Guests may also choose to take part in optional paranormal investigation using EMF meters, dowsing rods and other recognised tools — or simply absorb the atmosphere as the night unfolds. There are no gimmicks or jump scares; our aim is to spark curiosity, not fear, by exploring the mysteries woven into Bradford on Avon's unique heritage. Age Guidance – Early walks are family-friendly and open to under-16s (recommended age 8+). – Later evening walks are 16+ to offer an adults-only experience. – Well-behaved dogs are welcome on all walks. Weather Walks run in most conditions. If severe weather makes the event unsafe, we will postpone and offer an alternative date. Engaging, atmospheric and rooted in local history, the Bradford on Avon Ghost Walk offers a memorable way to experience the town's hidden stories after dark.
