4. Daily retrieval permission

HauntSeek may check the approved public sources on a daily basis for: event titles and event type; venue names and public locations; event dates, start/end times and duration; ticket prices and publicly shown booking fees; availability or tickets remaining where publicly visible; booking URL and source URL; and short factual event summaries.

HauntSeek will use a reasonable, low-impact retrieval rate and will not attempt to bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or other access controls. If an API, feed or CSV is available, the parties may agree to use that instead. If an event disappears from an approved source, HauntSeek may mark it stale or under review before removal.

6. Referral & booking tracking

HauntSeek tracks outbound referral clicks to your booking page. Clicks alone do not prove a sale, so commission is reconciled monthly against qualifying bookings confirmed by you or your booking platform. Following reconciliation we may issue a commission invoice, payable within 30 days. Bank details are shown on the invoice.

Tracking / reporting notes

HauntSeek does not need customer names or card details for commission tracking. Where possible, only referral/transaction ID, event ID, ticket quantity, qualifying ticket value and booking/refund status should be exchanged.

How commission works

5% commission only on completed and paid bookings reliably attributed to HauntSeek.
Seven-day attribution window from the HauntSeek click or referral.
Booking fees, and transaction or payment fees, are excluded from qualifying revenue.
Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks are excluded, or adjusted on a later invoice.
HauntSeek gets no access to your company administration, booking-system logins or customer data.
For clarity: invoices are payable within 30 days, and either side can end the partnership on 30 days’ notice.

7. Commercial terms

Commission: 5% of the Qualifying Ticket Amount, only on completed and paid bookings reliably attributed to HauntSeek. The first six months from go-live are the Founding Period, and the 5% rate continues after it unless the agreement ends or both parties expressly agree a different rate in writing. HauntSeek cannot increase the percentage unilaterally.
No fixed fees: No setup fee, monthly subscription or standard listing fee.
Qualifying revenue: Ticket price actually paid. Booking fees and transaction/payment fees are excluded. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks are excluded, or adjusted on a later invoice if they happen after commission was calculated.
Booking relationship: Customers complete booking and payment directly with the event operator. The operator remains responsible for event delivery, customer service, safety, cancellations and refunds.
Attribution: Seven-day attribution window from the HauntSeek click or referral (not 30 days), subject to the agreed tracking method and platform capability. Any different method or window must be specifically agreed and recorded for your account.
No access to your systems or customer data: HauntSeek gets no access to your company administration, booking-system accounts or logins, or your customer data. Commission is checked using only booking references, amounts and dates.
Reporting & payment: Each month we reconcile qualifying bookings from the previous calendar month, confirmed through you, your booking platform or another agreed method. HauntSeek may then invoice the commission due, payable within 30 days (this is the invoice deadline, not the attribution window). Later refunds or chargebacks are normally adjusted against a later invoice or reconciled separately.
Non-exclusive: The Partner may use other marketing channels and HauntSeek may list and compare events from other operators.
Termination: Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice. Commission remains due on qualifying bookings generated before termination, including within any agreed attribution window.

8. Agreement & signature
