HauntSeek may check the approved public sources on a weekly basis for: event titles and event type; venue names and public locations; event dates, start/end times and duration; ticket prices and publicly shown booking fees; availability or tickets remaining where publicly visible; booking URL and source URL; and short factual event summaries.

HauntSeek will use a reasonable, low-impact retrieval rate and will not attempt to bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or other access controls. If an API, feed or CSV is available, the parties may agree to use that instead. If an event disappears from an approved source, HauntSeek may mark it stale or under review before removal.

6. Referral & booking tracking

HauntSeek will track outbound booking clicks. Each month we will email you a report of all tickets purchased through HauntSeek along with the commission invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, and our bank details will be shown on the invoice.

HauntSeek does not need customer names or card details for commission tracking. Where possible, only referral/transaction ID, event ID, ticket quantity, qualifying ticket value and booking/refund status should be exchanged.

7. Commercial terms

Founding partner rate

5% of qualifying ticket revenue for the first 6 months from the Partner's HauntSeek go-live date.

No fixed fees

No setup fee, monthly subscription or standard listing fee during the Founding Partner period.

Qualifying revenue

Ticket price actually paid, excluding separately stated booking/transaction fees, refunds, chargebacks and cancelled tickets.

Booking relationship

Customers complete booking and payment directly with the event operator. The operator remains responsible for event delivery, customer service, safety, cancellations and refunds.

Attribution

Bookings will be attributed using an agreed referral link/ID, affiliate facility, webhook/API or agreed booking report. Recommended attribution window: 30 days where supported.

Reporting & payment

A monthly email listing all purchased tickets tracked through HauntSeek will be sent to the operator with the commission invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Bank details will be provided on the invoice.

Non-exclusive

The Partner may use other marketing channels and HauntSeek may list and compare events from other operators.

Termination

Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice. Commission remains due on qualifying bookings generated before termination, including within any agreed attribution window.
