1. What HauntSeek is
HauntSeek is a discovery and comparison platform. We list ghost hunts, ghost walks, paranormal investigations, overnight stays, theatre shows and other haunted experiences from independent operators across the UK. We do not run events ourselves and we do not sell tickets directly.
2. Bookings are with the operator
When you click “Book with Operator” or any tracked operator link, you leave HauntSeek and complete your booking on the organiser’s own website. The contract, payment, cancellation policy, refunds, insurance and event delivery are between you and that operator. Always read the operator’s terms before you book.
3. Listing information
We collect dates, prices, descriptions and availability from public operator listings and feeds. Details can change at any time. Prices shown are the cheapest adult/public ticket price we could find at the time of import and may not include fees, upgrades or extras. Event status, dates, venues and availability should be confirmed on the operator’s booking page.
4. Our links are tracked
Outbound clicks to operator booking pages pass through HauntSeek so we can count referrals and show operators how many visitors we send. This is not proof of a purchase. Any commission or affiliate arrangement is a separate commercial agreement between HauntSeek and the operator.
5. Intellectual property
Event names, descriptions, images and logos belong to their respective operators or venues. HauntSeek displays them for discovery purposes. If you are an operator and want an image, description or listing removed or updated, please contact us.
6. Reporting incorrect information
Every event page has a “Report incorrect information” link. We review reports and aim to correct or remove inaccurate listings as quickly as possible.
7. Liability
HauntSeek is provided “as is” for discovery purposes. To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for losses arising from operator cancellations, misleading operator content, venue changes, website outages, or the nature of any paranormal or themed event. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
