From shadowed lanes to locations linked with curious sightings, Truro offers a compelling backdrop for an evening of storytelling and hands-on exploration. Guided by an Extours host, you'll hear researched tales of unusual events, local legends and encounters said to have lingered through generations. Guests may also choose to take part in optional paranormal investigation using EMF meters, dowsing rods and other recognised tools, or simply enjoy the stories and atmosphere as the walk unfolds. Our experiences avoid gimmicks and jump scares — we focus on meaningful exploration and mysteries designed to leave you intrigued rather than terrified. Age Guidance – Early walks are family-friendly and open to under-16s (recommended age 8+). – Later evening walks are 16+ to offer an adults-only experience. – Well-behaved dogs are welcome on all walks. Weather Our walks run in most conditions. If severe weather makes the event unsafe, we will postpone and offer an alternative date.
