Guided by an Extours host, you'll hear carefully researched tales of unusual events, local spirits and moments from Bodmin's past that continue to spark curiosity today. Guests may also choose to take part in the optional paranormal investigation using EMF meters, dowsing rods and other recognised tools, or simply enjoy the stories and atmosphere as the walk unfolds. Our experiences avoid gimmicks and jump scares — we focus on genuine exploration and mysteries designed to leave you intrigued rather than terrified. Age Guidance – Early walks are family-friendly and open to under-16s (recommended age 8+). – Later walks are 16+ to offer an adults-only experience. – Well-behaved dogs are welcome on all walks. Weather Our walks run in most conditions. If severe weather makes the event unsafe, we will postpone and offer an alternative date.
