Join Extours for a 90-minute journey through Kingsbridge after dark, combining fascinating local history with ghost stories, folklore and an interactive exploration of the paranormal. As your host leads you from the waterside into the historic streets of the town, discover stories of the people and events that shaped Kingsbridge through the centuries. From its maritime and trading past to tales of smugglers, crime and local tragedy, this is a chance to uncover a side of Kingsbridge that is easily missed by day. Along the way, you'll also hear local ghost stories and accounts of strange encounters and reported unexplained activity connected to the town and its past. There are no actors, costumes or staged scares. Instead, the Kingsbridge Ghost Walk combines carefully researched storytelling and real locations with an opportunity to explore the paranormal for yourself. At selected points during the walk, guests can take part in optional paranormal experiments using recognised ghost-hunting equipment. Participation is entirely optional, and you are equally welcome to observe. Important information The Kingsbridge Ghost Walk is an outdoor walking experience and operates in most weather conditions. The route follows public streets, pavements and historic areas around the town, with some uneven surfaces and inclines. Suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended. Advance booking is essential, as places are limited on every walk.
