Send us the time it happened and what you saw/heard, and we’ll send you the clip free of charge. WANT A STAFF-LED NIGHT? For an extra £50, our team can lead your investigation and provide the equipment. Please arrange this with us before your visit. COTTAGE RULES Please respect the Cottage and follow these simple rules: - No Ouija boards or death whistles without permission. - No religious provocation or aggravation. - No sexual activity of any kind. - Keep the Cottage clean and tidy. - Leave everything as you found it. - Keep food in the kitchen where possible. - Please respect the building, its contents and other guests. CHILDREN Children aged 6+ are welcome with insured teams. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times and have a separate waiver completed. PETS Well-behaved pets are welcome, but you MUST tell us beforehand. You are responsible for your pet while at the Cottage. If your pet damages anything, you will be charged for the damage. If your pet urinates or soils anywhere inside the Cottage, you will be charged for the additional cleaning required. PRIVATE HIRE ONLY Your All-Nighter is a private hire and the price is for the whole group, not per person. You cannot sell tickets or advertise spaces on your investigation without our permission. Public events have separate prices and must be agreed with us beforehand. ALLERGIES If anyone in your group has a serious allergy, please tell us before you arrive so we can arrange additional cleaning if needed. CCTV CCTV operates throughout the Cottage for safety, security and evidence purposes. Live CCTV can be viewed during your investigation, and clips of suspected evidence can be requested afterwards using an accurate timestamp.
