Your footage stays private to your account. If your plan ends or a payment finally fails, your uploaded videos are kept for 30 more days so you can watch and save them — we'll email you before the deadline, and restarting a plan keeps everything. After 30 days the stored videos are removed. Photos, EVP recordings, journals, video links and passport stamps are never removed. Downloaded video copies may not match the quality of your original upload.
