Caythorpe Court, near Grantham in Lincolnshire, was designed by Sir Reginald Blomfield and built in 1901-1903 as a hunting lodge for the banker Edgar Lubbock, with terraced gardens laid out by the same architect. The house was used as an Auxiliary Military Hospital during the First World War and served as headquarters for the 1st Airborne Division Signals in the Second World War. It is a Grade II* listed building, and its early 20th-century terraced garden is separately included on the Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest at Grade II.
