About this event
Overnight ghost hunts at Mill Street Barracks in Merseyside are always an experience never to be forgotten. Mill Street Barracks have had several uses in the past which includes an old isolation unit for TB sufferers. This location has proven to be a draw for ghost hunters due to the amount of activity and experiences witnessed here. Once a sanatorium for those suffering from TB, countless souls died within these walls. Today, apparitions still roam including shadowy figures believed to be Home Guard soldiers. Beneath the building lies a hidden tunnel leading to Mill Street Barracks, where bodies were once blessed before being carried back through the darkness. Some say those souls never completed the journey.
