Fulford Manor

Fulford Manor, formally recorded as Great Fulford House, near Dunsford in Devon, has been the family home of the Fulford family since the reign of Richard I. The present house dates from the sixteenth century, with refurbishment carried out in the late seventeenth century and further remodelling around 1800. It is arranged as four ranges around a central quadrangle, with a smaller secondary courtyard to the rear that includes the former kitchen block. The house is a Grade I listed building, first listed in 1952, recognising the survival of sixteenth-century features alongside later alterations within its double-courtyard plan.
